Each part features:
Belt Conveyor.
Plastic scraps such as film, filament, raffias conveyed into the compactor room through belt conveyor( handle rolls’ scraps, roll hauling off device is an optional feeding method based on the raw material.)
Motor drives of conveyor belt and hauling device cooperate with frequency inverter. Metal detector can be combined with belt conveyor, and can interlock with control system, to check whether any metal in the raw material.
Plastic granulator extruder:
Granulator adopts speed regulating motor.Material can be cut according to the feed rate of the extruder.
It is equipped with automatic temperature, electric change filter screen.After loading the feeder, the crushed material can be granulated.
Heating system:
The heating of the plastic and the internal heat generated by friction between the plastic and the screw make the plastic soft and melt.Different polymers and different applications often have different design requirements for plastic extruders.
Cooling device.
The cooling device is designed to ensure that the plastics are in the temperature range required by the process.Specifically, it is to eliminate the excess heat generated by the shear friction of screw rotation, so as to avoid excessive temperature to make plastic decomposition, burning or finalize the design difficult.
