Introduction

Function: used for crushing and washing and drying of PET bottles

Main Machine & Function

Label Remover
used to peeling the labels from plastic bottles by high speed blades;
working with water;
label separation rate >95% (for round bottle).

Crusher
used for size reduction of plastic bottles into flakes;
cross-cut rotor design specially for plastic bottle crushing;
capacity: 1200-1500kg/hr (screen mesh size: 18mm).

Sink-Float Tank
used to washing the PET flakes and density separation floating contamination from flakes;
sink-float tank designed with 4pcs automatic drums on top for manpower saving.

Friction Washer
used to scrubbing the flakes by high speed blades to remove dirt and water;
high speed (1440rpm) for superior performance.


Hot Washing Tank
used to washing the flakes by hot water to remove glue and greasy dirt;
feeding caustic soda/detergent to wash;
heating by electricity or customized;
tank outside with heating protecting layer made of rockwool.

Drying Machine
including dewatering machine and hot air drying system;
used to reducing moisture content remain from the flakes by high speed blades and hot air;
heating by electricity;
final moisture content remain <1%.

Electric Control Cabinet
with thermal relay to projecting the engin;
with overloaded alarm and protecting system;
with emergency shut off control.


Optional Machine

Bale Breaker
used to breaking bottle bale into loose bottle before label separation;
four-shaft design fixed with special blades for high efficiency.

Trommel Separator
used to loosening the bottles and screening out the dirt, sand, soil from bottles;
installed before label separation unit.

Metal Detector
used to detecting metals from bottles, separating out the metals to protect crusher from damaging;
installed behind sorting table.

Label Flake & Dust Separator
used to sucking out the label flake remain and fine dust from finished product;
installed before collecting silo.

Working Flow
--- Belt conveyor: feeding the plastic film/bags into the crusher. If there is any scrap metal inside the material, semi-auto metal detector is suggested.
--- T-series crusher: with water, crush plastic film/bags into small size (size is adjusted as buyer request)
--- Friction washing loader machine: friction washing the material and loading out the material
--- Floating washing tank: washing out the sand, soil and dirty from the material
--- Screw loader: loading the material to the next step
--- Horizontal friction washing dewatering machine: with high rotary speed washing out dirty and remove dirty water
--- Floating washer tank: washing out the dirty from the material
--- Friction washing loader machine: friction washing the material and loading out the material
--- Dewatering machine: remove the water from the material
--- Hot air drying system: drying the material
--- Storage hopper: collect the material
--- Control cabinet: control the line on/off (famous brand such as Schneider, Siemens, etc.
